Tools that create alignment and motivation

A good Corporate Wellbeing strategy is not limited to Welfare, but includes in an integrated model seven critical areas ranging from Training to Corporate Social Responsibility. Blumantra has developed a proprietary model that allows you to effectively map, measure and communicate the company’s investment for employees.

Wellbeing and engagement level can depend on awareness and behaviour of managers and collaborators. Blumantra intervenes with awareness programs and training modules aimed at increasing relational skills and balanced lifestyle. 

Numerous researches tell us that 1 employee out of 2 is poorly motivated. This is also linked to the lack of specific strategies and tools to encourage internal communication and the involvement of people. For many years Blumantra has been developing structured plans to communicate effectively and design specific events and tools.
