Labomar is an Italian leading player in research, development and production of supplements and medical devices, with a particular attention to innovation and people’s wellbeing.
The company is in a phase of strong growth and wants to invest internally to achieve a stronger and “healthier” organization.
The goal of the project:
After a first assessment of the organizational needs, we reviewed the key processes related to the development of human resources, the promotion of psycho-physical wellbeing and of internal communication, highlighting the potential areas of intervention.
We have defined a broad strategy that includes aspects of organizational development, engagement, internal communication, wellbeing and lifestyle training. We linked our work to the company mission and values and involved the management in the process with specific workshops.
In collaboration with the heads of HR and Communication, we rolled out a training program on soft skills aimed at N-1 and N-2 levels. We delivered 2 internal events to inform and engage the staff on the business key events and released new internal communication tools such as a newsletter and info corners. We are now working on the release of new services such as an internal education program made of wellbeing tips and a company gym.
We received a positive reaction from management and staff, measured in terms of participation to the internal events and qualitative feedback on the specific initiatives.
